Legal Conveyancing Typist

Will be required to float around our 8 sites
We are looking for a new PT Legal typist/Secretary to join our Weoley Office. **Working 3 Days a week (Wed

  • Fri).**
    Main responsibilities:
  • Providing full support to our Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently
  • Audio type from dictation
  • Providing support both on the telephone and in person
  • Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork
  • Audio type from dictation
  • Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required

You will:


  • Have excellent knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing
  • Possess high levels of speed and accuracy
  • Excellent audio typing from dictation skills
  • Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking both on the telephone and in person.
  • Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable.
