Legal Conveyancing Typist
Will be required to float around our 8 sites
We are looking for a new PT Legal typist/Secretary to join our Weoley Office. **Working 3 Days a week (Wed
- Fri).**
Main responsibilities: - Providing full support to our Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently
- Audio type from dictation
- Providing support both on the telephone and in person
- Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork
- Audio type from dictation
- Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
You will:
- Have excellent knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing
- Possess high levels of speed and accuracy
- Excellent audio typing from dictation skills
- Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking both on the telephone and in person.
- Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable.
The role of the Legal Typist is to provide effective Secretarial support to our Conveyancing Team
