The role


Although this role is aligned to our Milton Keynes office, we are flexible on location across the UK, there is a requirement to be onsite at least once a week and as required to deliver your projects successfully
.



Skills and experience

  • Do you possess previous experience in organisational design, operating model and business transformation, deployed in large complex organisations?
  • Do you have strong facilitation skills, coupled with experience of designing and leading workshops?
  • Are you experienced in building good working relationships with team members at all levels, possessing strong interpersonal and collaboration skills?
