Description
The East Community Mental Health Services are seeking enthusiastic Clinical Psychologists to join our Teams.

Working within the CMHTs based in Louth, Skegness and Boston and supporting our new Integrated Place Based Teams in embedding psychological mindedness across the MDT, and clinically leading the transformation of the teams with your expertise.

The roles will be supported by the East Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Highly Specialised Clinical Psychologist. Lincolnshire has been an early implementer for community transformation.

This an exciting time to join the organisation and work across a varied area of diverse needs, being key to the development of pathways and new ways of meeting the needs of our communities.


Psychology is embedded within the CMHTs and we are keen to promote the roles as central to the development of our teams through provision of high quality supervision, reflective practice and formulation sessions, as well as the provision of a range of psychological therapies.
