Role:
Senior Client Adviser


Location:
Oxford (travelling between customer locations)


Salary:
£25,000 per annum + up to £2,000 bonus per annum (performance related)


Hours:
Shifts between Mon-Fri 8am-6pm


What will you be doing?


The Senior Client Adviser will travel between the offices of several of our customers and is key to the success and smooth running of those business' mobile strategies, by supporting the day-to-day running of our prestigious Corporate customers and ensuring customer loyalty through quality, speed and innovation.


Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent keyboard skills and systems knowledge
  • Delivering a great service through honest and friendly conversations
  • Interest / understanding of mobile and phone devices including features / benefits
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Empathy and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Passion for delivering the best customer service
