Kitchen Porter

Acton Burnell, Shropshire

Full Time

£10 per hour

Monday-Friday

7am - 2.45pm / 10.30am - 6.30pm

You will be required to work 1 in 5 weekends covering the following split shifts

Saturday - 7.15am - 1pm SPLIT 4.30pm - 6pm

Sunday - 8am - 1 pm SPLIT 4.30pm - 6pm
Our client on the outskirts of Shrewsbury requires an enthusiastic individual to join their catering team.

You will be assisting with serving breakfast, lunch and dinner plus the morning and afternoon refreshments.

There are over 500 students to cater for, so you will need to be able to work at a fast pace.

As a kitchen team member, you will be helping to support the team members, and the serving of the food.

Due to location, you will need transport.


Duties include:


  • Assisting with basic food prep
  • Supporting the catering team
  • Cleaning and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Providing assistance to prep cooks and other kitchen staff as needed
  • Unloading and putting away stock correctly
  • Reliable
  • Consistent
  • Go the extra mile

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£10.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
