Reed HR are partnered with a professional London based organisation. This is a FTC role covering maternity for 12 months, possibly 14 months.

As the
HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the HR Function


Purpose and Objective of the role:
Manage, develop, and improve the entire HR function

Act as the first point of call for employees and external partners for all HR related matters

Ensure the company is complying with all HR and Employment laws

Manage and maintain the full cycle of employee documentation, recruitment paperwork, employee details, reviews, references etc

Ensure the correct induction and leaving process are carried out

Ensure a consistent HR approach between the UK and international office

Support the business within the HR function to provide a positive, progressive, and successful place to work

Assist with any other administrative tasks in the business as time permits

Be a trusted advisor and provide high quality HR advice and coach managers through HR related activities

Manage employee relations, absence, performance, training and development, grievances, disciplinaries, staff morale and wellbeing. Provide support and coaching when necessary

Ensure all ER cases are dealt with an approachable level of professionalism and tactfulness

Be an active member of the SMT, working with the management to develop and implement methods to develop and support staff

Collaborate with working groups, such as EDI and CSR, assist with tasks and targets set up by these groups

Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and hold weekly HR meetings
