Jenson Fisher is excited to be recruiting a
Service & Support Desk Administrator for our well-established client based in Dundee on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will be part of the services support team, providing an all-round administration and reception service including secretarial and data related tasks.
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all clients receive the highest level of service and support.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:- Be the primary point of contact for all clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and questions in a professional and timely manner
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing client documents
- Preparing and distributing marketing materials and coordinating events
- Supporting senior figures and ensuring that the firm is represented well at all times
- Working both independently and as a member of the team
- Dealing with a high case load
- Working to tight deadlines
- Maintaining existing relations with clients
- Managing client database
- Ensuring that all information is accurate and uptodate
- Preparing documents and contracts
- Making appointments and managing diaries
- Handling confidential information
- Ensuring compliance is adhered to in all activities
- Other administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
