Description
The post holder will be responsible for managing the waiting list for patients who require Assisted Conception treatment. Ensuring achievement of national and local targets set by the Scottish Government. Responsible for timely booking of patients who are awaiting fertility treatment.
To provide Assisted Conception an efficient booking service for the patient to support the patient journey. Prompt and accurate input of patient details to the waiting list and booking of patient.
Ensure confirmation of booking to reduce DNA rate and maximise screening appointment utilisation.
