We are looking for a passionate individual to work alongside the production team to support delivery of co-collaborative projects working with developers from the studio itself and client companies.

Responsibilities:

Support Production team in planning, delivering projects and the setup of new projects.
Note taking in meetings with the outcome of achieving actionable points.
Managing development teams deliverables, workload, and deadlines.
Organise meetings between developers, clients, and other staff to support development of a product or team.
Work alongside IT to ensure the team is set up and maintained for all hardware and software requirements

Requirements:

Understanding of core Office 365 software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Skype).
Great understanding of current gaming platforms.
Passion for implementing and managing effective processes, problem solving, and accurate reporting.
Ability to work well independently and collaboratively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Desirable:

Good at balancing work ethic and the social aspects of managing the team.
Diplomatic and easily approachable, with a solid understanding of production and development terminology
