They have a network of highly trained and accredited local installers and service and maintenance engineers ensuring the entire country is covered.

They have a position for a Technical Support Field Engineer.


You will support and help in the development of their sales partners and their engineers in all products, service, and maintenance related areas, providing strong team spirit and match targets.


An important part of the technical field engineer job is to support the Head of technical and the Area Sales Manager to achieve common sales targets, including business development as well as the development of their existing sales partners.


Duties will include:

  • Required to go to site to do investigations on boiler faults or to carry out services/breakdowns.
  • Assisting new sales partners with the commissioning of their first renewable heating systems and providing technical input into their first installations
  • Support the sales partners with fault finding.
Qualifications/Experience/Attributes

  • Proactive, positive, trustworthy, reliable and team oriented
  • Mechanical / electrical background / experience passionate in renewables
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to train others

Hours of work are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

You must hold a full clean driving licence.


This roles requires work out in the field with option to work from home when not out in the field.
