Inbound Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls from prospective and existing customers in a helpful and professional manner.
- Resolving issues with customers based on sales and service agreements.
- Effectively communicating with customers in a friendly and informative manner.
- Establishing, maintaining and growing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Providing information about company products and services; explaining company products and services; offering alternatives to solve problems; providing information about new products and services; offering alternatives to solve problems.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Motor or Home insurance experience is necessary
- Previous customer service experience essential
Key Details:
- £150 Per Day
- Newcastle Office
- Monday to Friday
- Work Hours 12:1 20:15
