Inbound Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:


  • Answering inbound calls from prospective and existing customers in a helpful and professional manner.
  • Resolving issues with customers based on sales and service agreements.
  • Effectively communicating with customers in a friendly and informative manner.
  • Establishing, maintaining and growing relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Providing information about company products and services; explaining company products and services; offering alternatives to solve problems; providing information about new products and services; offering alternatives to solve problems.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Motor or Home insurance experience is necessary
  • Previous customer service experience essential

Key Details:

- £150 Per Day

  • Newcastle Office
  • Monday to Friday
  • Work Hours 12:1 20:15

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 4 months
