Description
Deliver a quality administrative and secretarial service, to meet the requirements of an Older People's Mental Health Service, adhering to deadlines and targets.
To deliver and maintain an administrative and secretarial procedures that enhance the collection and recording of patient/client information and service performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Communication and Team Working
- To manage the front of house reception function including: (but not exhaustive of)
- Meeting and greeting patients & Visitors
- Informing the Clinical Team of their arrival
- Updating Rio where applicable
- Ensuring reception area is stocked with up to date and relevant information
- Answering the phones and dealing with queries
- To maintain information system detailing the whereabouts of department members during working day, relaying details appropriately and timely.
