Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements in user story format, with acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are welldefined and understood.
  • Assist in maintaining and prioritising the product backlog.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
  • Planning the deliverables and helping the team monitor performance.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of scrum and sprint activities, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
  • Helping to resolve issues that hinder the team and ensure that the team are productive during sprint.
  • Actively participate in (with a view to eventually taking ownership of) Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between development teams, stakeholders, and other project members.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise project status reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to define and execute test plans, ensuring the delivery of highquality software.

Key Skills

  • Good understanding of Scrum Master and business analysis principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  • Detailorientated with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio) would be a plus, but not essential.
  • Cando and collaborative attitude, and keen learner.
  • Relevant training as a Business Analyst, Product Owner and / or a Scrum Master would be a plus, but not essential.

Team Overview


You will be joining a cross functional team of 10 people consisting of developers, QA's, Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager.

This team work on developing digital products for both our clients and negotiators within Savills.

We are a close knit team who collaborate in building software and solving problems and we are deeply proud of the supportive and open culture we have created and continue to maintain.
