We are looking for an experienced Press Break Operator to join a client of ours based in Basingstoke.

We are looking for an individual with a real team-player attitude who has experience in using machinery to share various types of sheet-metal.

The ability to set up, perform regular maintenance and completing some inspections on the press-break machines is wanted.

What will I be doing?

This client work in the HVAC industry, you will be expected to operate a press-break machine shaping metal, be self-sufficient in-regards of operating your machine, assist and liaise with other members of the department such as assembly, assisting where needed, providing update reports to the shift managers and much more.

What do I need?

Previous press-breaking experience (Ideally on LVD type machinery but this is desirable)

The ability to assist in other areas of work such as final assembly, visual inspections etc:

A positive attitude to join an existing established team of 40 individuals.
Strong team player who will get stuck in when the team needs him but also does have the ability to be selfsufficient for work and get stuck in.

The Package:

This role is working 37 hours across the week, a permanent position paying £11.50 an hour with an early finish on the Friday.

This role will have a pay-review after a 3-month probation.

You will be entitled to 25 days holiday + standard bank holidays, a company pension scheme and occasional overtime when it is available.
