CRM MANAGER

UP TO £45,000 + BENEFITS

THE COMPANY
I am working with a company in the entertainment industry to find a CRM Manager to deliver strategy through targeted, multi-channel campaigns


THE ROLE

As a CRM Manager, your main role will be to support different strategies within the business

In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Responsible for cross-selling and up-selling customers
  • Analysing customer insights and tailoring specific campaigns to target customer groups
  • Continuously optimise campaigns using the testandlearn approach

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful CRM Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong B2C experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reporting and analytical skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of projects
  • Experience in adobe, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in presenting to stakeholders

THE BENEFITS

The successful CRM Manager will receive a salary of up to £45,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
