THE COMPANY
I am working with a company in the entertainment industry to find a CRM Manager to deliver strategy through targeted, multi-channel campaigns
THE ROLE
As a CRM Manager, your main role will be to support different strategies within the business
In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Responsible for cross-selling and up-selling customers
- Analysing customer insights and tailoring specific campaigns to target customer groups
- Continuously optimise campaigns using the testandlearn approach
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful CRM Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong B2C experience
- Strong communication skills
- Reporting and analytical skills
- Willingness to take ownership of projects
- Experience in adobe, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in presenting to stakeholders
THE BENEFITS
The successful CRM Manager will receive a salary of up to £45,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
