Description
Our client is a leading supplier of hydraulic and air conditioning products.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service by liaising clients
  • Supply customers with order confirmations
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Allocating stock to sales orders
  • Booking carriers and printing relevant documents and labels
  • Maintain and update customer database
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries or issues

Skills:


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Sage 200 preferred but not essential
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-2.45pm

This position will lead to permanent when you have completed satisfactory probationary period


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£22,360.00-£25,000.00 per year
