Commercial Coordinator to join our growing team at PoGo.


PoGo Charge is the Chargepoint Operations business of SWARCO Smart Charging, specialising in deploying ultra-rapid charging infrastructure across the UK.

SWARCO Smart Charging has been a leader in the supply and operation of chargers for the past 13 years, and the recent launch of PoGo, SWARCO's fully funded charging network, reflects our ambition to become a leading EV charging network.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business in the exciting electric vehicle charging sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive progress of lease and other key contract negotiations by engaging with landlords and identifying key actions
  • Coordinate contract actions with the project management team and our solicitors to ensure prompt resolution
  • Maintain uptodate reporting on the status of all contracts for ongoing projects
  • Support Commercial & Operations Manager in lease negotiations
  • Support Commercial & Operations Manager in maintaining legal contract templates including drafting revisions
  • Support Commercial & Operations Manager in reviewing new or revised contracts and terms from other businesses as required
  • Coordinate and approve invoicing relating to contract negotiations and liaise with finance functions to ensure costs are captured correctly in P&L
  • Proactively manage tasks and workload to optimise the rollout of our pipeline
  • Support with day to day operation of the charging network including dealing with customer enquiries and issues, liaising with requisite internal stakeholders
Your Profile


What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in reviewing and working with commercial contracts
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Experience in the EV sector is desirable but not essential
  • Account management experience would be desirable
  • Right to work in the UK
