As a Supply Chain Planner, you will plan the replenishment of finished goods - Sundries and Items Purchased For Resale (PFR's) into our local warehouses, distribution centre's and central warehouses to support our sales plans.

Scope of the activity is to achieve line availability to agreed Service Levels. To optimise inventory and control working capital costs. Improve processes where it is vital to ensure the most cost effective and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities*:

Key Supply Chain supplier contact establishing strong operational relationships with suppliers, local warehouses, local market Customer services and Marketing functions for your area.
Ensuring finished goods' supply to central and local warehouse in line with service and inventory policy. Work with suppliers, the Supply Chain and cross functional teams to ensure continuity of supply.
Optimizing Inventory through the analysis, management and corrective actions to reduce any obsolete stock and Magna Carta provision.
Controlling Inventory to balance costs.
Leading disposals, redistribution or selloff of slowmoving obsolete or quarantined material.
Responsibility for ensuring all data setup within Oracle R12 is aligned and maintained to support operational processes.
Supporting the S&OP process and working with other SC teams (Demand, Planning and Logistics) to deliver projects that improve process and support the business.
Ensure uptodate and accurate information in the Short pack report for the items in late or encouraged to be late, to provide accurate information to customer service for FG.
Agree with Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical team's and market teams to handle in the most effective way new product launches & obsoletions, with the scope of giving continuity to the service and minimize the risk of obsolescence.
