Office Assistant

Hanworth

Permanent / Full-Time

£24k to £25k


We are currently recruiting for a fantastic business based in Hanworth who is looking for an administrator to join their small and growing team.

You will be assisting the team with admin duties and helping with picking and packing orders.


You will be joining a highly successful business that is able to offer a friendly working environment, paid overtime opportunities and company health insurance.


Job duties:

  • Assisting with preparing orders, labelling orders, packing orders and updating paper work
  • Checking stock and paperwork
  • Undertaking stock checks and handling stock control
  • Invoicing customers
  • Receiving and unloading deliveries
  • Arranging and booking deliveries to customers
  • Supporting the team with admin duties

Job requirements:

  • Proven admin experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with customers and build strong relationships
  • Ability to use own initiative
- "hands on deck" approach

Please note you will be joining a small team who all get stuck with duties.

You will be required to work extra hours (paid) during busy periods, and you will be required to do an early 5am shift once every 2-3 weeks with occasional Saturdays.
