We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for a large global parcel company located at East Midlands Airport (DE74).


This would be a great opportunity for individuals who are looking for additional work around their current job / commitments or for anyone who is looking for a new challenge.

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided for this role.


Part Time Shift:

Tuesday - Friday 01:30 - 05:15 AM

&

Sunday 20:00 - 05:00


As a Warehouse Operative, you will receive:

  • Weekly Pay
  • Free Parking

  • Optional overtime

Hourly rate:

- £12.00ph from day one, rising to £12.50ph once you have worked 12 weeks, rising to £13.20 once you have worked 26 weeks with the opportunity to increase further with additional responsibilities.


Warehouse Operative Duties will include:


  • Working in a fastpaced Warehouse Environment
  • Loading and Unloading Parcels onto Xray machine, Conveyor belts and vehicles
  • Using a handheld scanner, Parcels will need to be scanned as they travel through the facility
  • Adhering to all Health and Safety legislation


This position will involve repetitive manual lifting and some parcels could weigh anything up to 20kg, so it is essential that you have a good level of fitness.


The successful Warehouse Operative you will need:

  • Safety Boots / Steel Toe capped boots (You will need to bring these)
  • 5 year checkable work history
  • DBS dated in the last 10 weeks or a new DBS (Criminal record check) to be applied for by Right Now Group, paid for by yourself within your first few weeks of pay and must not show any disqualifying criminal convictions.
  • Aviation Security Training (Cargo Operative Training) to be completed prior to starting this will be administered by Right Now Group.
