As part of the production team, you will be initially responsible for the disassembly and preparation of turbochargers in readiness for re-assembly.

There is scope for progression onto the assembly, testing and quality control areas of production for those who want to take on more responsibility.


You must have an eye for detail with a methodical approach to your work, be able to work to targets in a fast paced environment handling dirty and oily parts, be physically fit and adept at working with hand tools.


In all roles, you will be supported in training and skills development, and expected to work from written work instructions under the direction of supervisory staff.

There may also be a requirement to observe video content as part of the learning of new techniques and skills.

Experience in a similar production environment or the automotive industry may be advantageous, but not necessary.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30, with the occasional weekend as required.

This is a 12 month contract including an initial 3 month probationary period, with a possible move to a permanent position after 12 months, in a growing organisation, expanding to meet rising demand and driving innovation.
