Our client is a leading E-commerce business in the UK and is currently looking for a new Head of HR to join their team of talented professionals.

This position's main focus would be to lead the Human Resources division to support the organisations continuedgrowth and success.

You will be responsible for continuing to build a best-in-class global human resources function to support business needs and foster strong employee development and engagement.


What You'll Do

  • Effectively execute on talent strategy, including performance management; individual, team, and leadership development; total rewards; succession planning and readiness, among others, to address current and future business needs
  • Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.
  • Design effective engagement strategies with a focus on retention of high performers, high potentials and key contributors
  • Identifies key performance indicators for the organisation's human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organisation's success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.
  • Provide mentoring and career development to colleagues to strengthen their capabilities, build functional expertise and foster a collaborative, valuesdriven team culture of high standards, strong productivity and innovation
  • Provides guidance and leadership to the human resource management team; assists with resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of HR generalist experience
  • 5+ years experience leading high performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into critical talent & workforce strategies/initiatives
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to changing structures and priorities
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
