Description
A new job vacancy for an Streetworks/Symology Permit Administrator who has previous experience using Symology. We are looking for someone to join our traffic management team to work with our existing permit administrator. This role is based at our head office in Leeds.


Responsibilities:

Assist with all aspects of Permit Scheme and Section 50 Licence projects as required.


Liaise with operational teams to ensure all projects have the appropriate paperwork and notices in place for works to begin, whilst meeting clients' operational requirements in a professional and efficient manner.

Liaise with local authority's and client representatives as directed by the Streetworks Manager.

Coordinate with other 3rd parties e.g., parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions, road closures, MEWP permits etc.

Receiving and recording timely starts, stops and register activities to avoid financial penalties.

Managing requests for early starts/extensions/amendments required for notices/permits.

Experience in using the Street Manager/ Symology noticing system with a sound. knowledge of the New Roads and Streetworks Act 1991( NRSWA), Traffic Management Act 2004 and compliance procedures.

Ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management skills to meet deadline.


Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
