Who we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced Front of House Assistant to join our in-house Front of House team.

This is a busy, client facing role so we're looking for someone who's extremely organised and confident in dealing with people at all levels.

The base

We moved into our new building HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre.

The team

Working within a team of 16 other Front of House Assistants covering 6 client receptions including our event floor.

What you'll do

  • Greet Clients that are visiting our Executive floor and escort then to meeting room
  • Manage meeting room bookings using Manhattan space scheduling.
  • Take ownership of the meeting rooms, ensuring that they are keep clean and tidy at all time
  • Liaise with the EA's and assist them with there meeting requirements
  • Follow opening and closing procedures reporting any faults to the appropriate contract
  • Liaise with the hospitality team, arranging refreshments and catering for the floor
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

  • Experience of working in a large corporate environment
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help

  • Knowledge of Manhattan space scheduling (or similar system) is desirable
