Page Personnel have just registered a new Permanent Customer Service Advisor Position in Harrogate to work for a reputable business within the Facilities Management Sector.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for clients that might be experiencing problems with facilities management you will ensure the query is resolved promptly or arrange for a contractor to go and visit the client.

The role will be extremely fast paced and you will ensure a smooth process for the customer ensuring their issue is resolved promptly and a high standard of client care is provided

Profile
Previous customer service experience is required and this could be from a hospitality or retail background

Able to prioritise high volumes of work effectively and efficiently

Able to deal with vulnerable customers and difficult situations
