As a direct point of contact it will be key to build and maintain relationships with all drivers.

Be aware of each individual driver's abilities and skills in order to provide the best support.
Assist drivers with all questions and queries presented to you.
Make outbound calls in regards to tasks and challenges faced to promote good practice.
Work closely with the management team to provide feedback on any issues and discuss ways of solving such problems.
Keep up to date with company policies, procedures and technology in order to provide ongoing coaching and development for existing drivers.
Inform the planning team of any delays.
Proactively try to reduce the amount of leavers.
Assist with any other duties which may reasonably be requested.
