As the working world continues to adapt to a hybrid reality between home and office working, architects, construction engineers and city planners are embracing the challenge of creating work spaces in cities and towns that will encourage people to returnand provide them with the right sort of built environment for the next generation of workers.

You will encounter R&D projects which may encompass a range of different sectors, including technology, architecture, infrastructure, mechanical & electrical engineering.

Our client has a leading Real Estate & Construction practice and would like to speak to people with the following experience and skills:

A recognised university degree (MSc/MEng and/or PhD) in a field of Science or Engineering, with minimum 3-4 years working as an R&D practitioner managing client projects and the teams working on these projects.
Experience working with Real Estate & Construction clients as an R&D practitioner.
Strong sector knowledge when it comes to Real Estate, Construction, or other sectors that relate to the built environment.
You have experience in dealing with technological challenges faced by industry professionals, such as engineering design, the development or improvement of manufacturing processes, development of new products and improvement to existing products.
