We're expanding our security and resilience team within the CISO office. Over the last few years, we've been on a continuous improvement journey and are looking to expand the team.
These new roles will allow us to fully enact our threat-led security program, drive further improvements across cyber and support our organisational goal of building a secure and resilient mutual.
With a security team over 50 already, these new roles will enhance our capabilities as the threat landscape continues to evolve.
We're looking for a Resilience Lead to join Royal London. You'll play a key role in ensuring that Royal London activities remain resilient.You'll play an active role in enhancing our resilience posture, progressing the closure of any resilience vulnerabilities, and driving continuous improvement to the regulatory deadline of 2025 and beyond.

You'll be a trusted expert advisor to the business on all things Operational Resilience in relation to our technology and cyber landscape, and have experience in at least one or more of the disciplines of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Cyber Security Resilience Risk.
Designing and facilitating delivery of scenario exercises across our Operational Resilience plan, and ensuring findings are tracked and managed in line with our Risk Management Frameworks.
Provide reporting to Senior Leaders across the organisation, ensuring accurate MI and utilising technology or automation opportunities to drive efficiency.
Manage the delivery of resilience projects, ensuring high standards and efficient project management in all deliverables.Engage with a wide network of Stakeholders at all levels across the corporate and operating businesses, ensuring they are provided with relevant, timely and accurate information which informs and directs business decisions.
Foster a culture of resilience throughout the organisation, driving an understanding of technology, cyber and operational resilience requirements, and the business benefits.
About youYou'll be well versed in operational resilience concepts and practices.
Experience of working with colleagues across a variety of seniority levels and tailoring messaging to reflect the audience.
Knowledge and understanding developing and implementing an organisational resilience framework.
Good to have or have knowledge of one or more of the following certifications: Business Continuity Management Certification (ISO 22301), ISO 27001, CBCI, CMCS, CISSP or CISM.
Experience in a global organisation ideally a regulated environment e.g., Banking, Insurance or Financial Services industries an advantage.About Royal London
