Across 16 buildings, session rooms and apartments capture a spirited independence in a neighbourhood steeped in cultural heritage.

We are searching for
An ambitious
Night Butler to join our team at _Chateau Denmark_. "Anything but traditional" our Butlers will orchestrate a new chapter for staying up in London.

As a
Night Butler we look for you to possess a natural curiosity, desire to, assist and even befriend our guests.

Possessing the ability to multi-task aligned with a fierce desire to develop, you will be absorbing knowledge on an ongoing basis from your workplace, the wider Outernet district and the community.

You'll be a multiskilled individual with previous experience in a similar role within a luxury environment. As the key part of the guest experience, you'll help define and articulate guest journey from arrival to departure. Bringing an unparalleled level of service working closely with colleagues embodying a no half measures attitude.

Your role

Guest arrival and checkin.
Set up and breakdown of maxi and mini bars.
Recommendation, making and serving drinks & cocktails.
Stock count & requisition.
Recommendation & booking of local facilities ( Restaurants, Bars, Spa, Theatre etc)
Luggage delivery and storage.
Guest departure and checkout.
Organising transportation & valet parking.
Upselling & maximising revenue streams.
Managing guest's payment methods.
Create and manage end of shift reports.
Updating information on communication apps.
Comply with hotel safety and security.
