School Caretaker (Some travel is required)

A full time Caretaker is needed to join the existing maintenance team, this is a position that requires flexibility as you will be expected to travel between multiple sites.

Are you someone with a background in Maintenance/Facilities, do you have experience within the trade industry If so i want to hear from you.

I am looking for someone who is hard working and willing to go above and beyond, take on new challenges, and wants togrow and learn.

A full clean driving licence

- painting and decorating, small projects and minor repairs

Ability to perform the physical tasks required by the post including lifting, carrying and pushing various equipment
Ability to quickly change priority and meet the demands of the school
Operate and understand electrical/mechanical machinery
Work well as a team but also alone
Respect and follow policies and procedure, especially Child protection
