M2 Education are seeking
KS1 Teaching Assistants to join a school with a very supportive and dynamic environment. Successful applicants will be passionate about helping young people succeed and have experience working in an educational setting

This is a full-time job, working Monday - Friday

Start date
:9th of January

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in the classroom with daytoday activities
Support pupils in small groups or on an individual basis
Develop and maintain an environment conducive to learning
Encourage pupils to take an active role in their learning
Liaise with parents, teachers, and other relevant staff

The ideal KS1 Teaching Assistant:

Previous experience working as a teaching assistant
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire pupils
Patience and understanding
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A relevant teaching assistant qualification or equivalent

As a KS1 Teaching Assistant for M2 Education, you will receive:
