Customer Service and Sales Supervisor

40 hours a week (8 hours a day with some weekend work required)

Outskirts of Haywards Heath - own mode of transport is essential due to remote location

Full time, permanent


We are recruiting for a Customer Service and Sales Supervisor on behalf of a reputable and thriving business, on the outskirts of Haywards Heath.

Please note, due to the remote location you must have your own mode of transport.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your Customer Service career, into a supervisory role.

You will be responsible for ensuring the Customer Service team runs smoothly and efficiently. Building strong relationships with your team members, whilst confidently managing and developing them.


Main duties include:

  • Producing rosters for Customer Service Assistants
  • Ensuring the correct accounting of revenue daily
  • Monitoring holiday and sickness levels for the Customer Service Team
  • Handling customer feedback and escalating when necessary to other departments
  • Producing reports on Customer Service activities
  • Monitoring credit control
  • Setting clear objectives and targets, and monitoring performance
