About the Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for someone to join CCHA as an Estates Person.

We are looking for a motivated and hard working person to join the Spaces and Places Team to undertake cyclical and reactive maintenance of communal grounds across CCHA estates.

You will also work to support the wider Spaces and Places Team with other duties including; window cleaning, gutter cleaning and fly tipping removal.

The team provide an important role in ensuring our estates are great places to live and work

40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Permanent

About You

They will be able to adapt quickly to changing demands whilst delivering a high quality service.

Ideally they will have experience in providing estate and grounds maintenance and hold relevant qualifications.
