We are looking for a bright and ambitious
Events Marketer with a passion for
data and analytics to join a
highly regarded publishing businessduring an
exciting period of growth

Our client is a successful publisher with
sector-leading content and events for local government and finance professionals. Following a very successful period of growth, they are now looking to expand their team and are seeking an experienced
Marketing Managerto take the reins and
lead the marketing function with full autonomy.

You'll be part of a small but highly experienced and collaborative team - a fantastic opportunity to learn from seasoned events professionals who work hard, take pride in what they do, and share a good sense of humour along the way.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be given plenty of autonomy and ownership to independently own and drive the marketing strategy.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to join a smaller business where their voice is heard, and ideas are encouraged

We are seeking someone who is entrepreneurial, switched on, creative, articulate and confident.

Our client is based in EC3 (Liverpool St.)and operate a hybrid model of
2-3 days per week in the office.

About the role:

Developing and delivering marketing campaigns for B2B conference and publishing brands Continued management of databases and initiatives for growing and cleaning core data Supporting expansion of subscriptions across two investor publications Working withteam to harness data across brands and maximise its effective use Working with web development team to develop intelligent data acquisition Supporting the development of CRM system. Working with conference producers and researchers to identify key conferencedelegates.

About You:

A background in delivering conference marketing campaigns, managing subscriptions data, and growing/cleaning datasets are all highly desirable An understanding of the institutional investor and pension funds sectors is desirable but not essential Strongin both Excel and MailChimp Open to learning new systems with a meticulous eye for detail and a willingness to take responsibility and be flexible in a small, but fastgrowing company

Salary:
circa £38,000
