Description
A Multinational Energy Company based in Cardiff office is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a contract basis for 7 months.
(Extension highly likely)Hybrid working (1 day a week in the office / rest remote)
Duties:
Ensure smart accounts are setup in CS, billing correctly, have correct MOP assigned, data collection recorded and ECOES register flag maintained for all supply gains, meter exchanges and new connections
Liaise with the DCC around certificates for enrolment and adoption. Liaise with the DCC/AMT around commissioning issues.
First point of contact for third parties SMS and EA to help resolve installation and commissioning issues. Manage all security/rev pro alerts from the smart meters.
Provide information and guidance to internal customers on matters relating to smart ensuring that information supplied is accurate, relevant and resolves the request efficiently.
