Key Role Deliverables:

  • Represent the company in the delivery of projects
  • Receive instructions on behalf of the Company, issue instructions and provide direction in order toensure successful delivery of projects
  • Deliver works safety
  • Understand project objectives
  • Develop team
  • Develop client relationships
  • Develop and monitor construction programme
  • Identify and manage risks
  • Manage and control changes to scope
  • Monitor progress against cost plans
  • Manage quality process
  • Prepare project reports
  • Any other reasonable requests as required by Management
  • It is expected that of your behaviours and day to day activities will be underpinned by the blu3 company core values

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

  • CSCS
  • SMTS, SSSTS and SEATS
  • Computer literate
  • Water Hygiene
  • You will need experience within the civils and utilities sector
  • Full UK Driving licence

Essential and Desirable Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team leader
  • Can work under pressure, managing a busy workload with a cando attitude
  • Selfmotivated/Proactive
  • Use of own indicative
  • Honest and reliable
