The Vacancy
About the role and the team
As Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and safe management of the service on a day to day basis; including the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers, visitors and staff in the service.
You will also provide leadership to the team and ensure that the service supports clients to sustain their tenancy, develop skills and resilience, and participate in positive and successful move on.
Please note that this job opportunity is offered as a full-time (37.5 hours a week), permanent role.

About you:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Experiencing of supervising the work of others.
- An understanding and commitment to working in an assets based way.
- Experience of working with people who have experienced homelessness, poor mental health, substance use or have a history of living in care.
- Experience of using Risk Assessments and Support Planning.
