Summary - An exciting opportunity to manage an expanding Domestic Residential Heating Applications Engineering team that is dramatically growing due to the demand of Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Renewable Heating from their established contractswith national housebuilders, regional housebuilders and developers, and social housing contracts with Local Authority's and Housing Associations.

Location - Greater Manchester office 3 days a week 2 days from home when not on site seeing projects.

The Position:

This is a brand-new Applications Manager position on new build and refurbishment domestic residential heating projects that has been created due to unprecedented growth in the adoption of Air Source Heat Pumps, working for one of the largest domestic heatingproviders in the UK.

As the Applications Manager you will oversee a team of Application Engineers running domestic residential housing heating projects, both new build housing developments through housebuilders and social housing schemes through local authorities and housingassociations, including retrofit ASHP systems on existing dwellings.

The role combines home and office team working managing and overseeing project design, specification and installations, engaging with a variety of clients by phone, computer and face to face on site.

The Package:

- £45k - £50k salary (depending on experience) + £5k bonus
