Outstanding opportunity for a

Sales Support Administrator to join an established and highly regarded business in Knaresborough. This role will require someone to deliver first class customer service and remain professional at all times. You will be the face of this luxury brand so it is imperative that you have a friendly and outgoing nature and enjoy conversing with a range of different clientele.


As the successful Sales Support Administrator your duties will include:

  • Offer face to face support to customers where required
  • Able to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Processing orders and following up on quotations
  • Record customer footfall and update corresponding spreadsheet
  • Assisting sales team with follow ups, capturing customer responses, and updating CRM
  • Full administration support for sales team
  • Maintaining samples and organising stock and merchandise

Skills required:


  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new computer systems quickly and effectively
  • A clear understanding of the differing needs of client groups and business channels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
Our client is looking to offer a salary up to £23,000 per annum. This role is a Monday - Friday role and doesn't include weekends. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a friendly and dynamic team within a prestigious brand.
