Our Apprenticeship will be a full-time role from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm and you will work towards the L3 Business Administration Apprenticeship standard


Your mission
This is a fantastic opportunity for an apprentice Business Administrator to join our team based in Glasgow. With the support and guidance of the wider team you'll learn to;

  • Provide high quality customer service in all communications with internal and external clients.
  • Resolve internal and external customer enquiries, referring those that you are unable to resolve to the correct recipient.
  • Maintain accurate paper and computerbased records.
  • Order and maintain stationery, kitchen and equipment supplies.
  • Process post and book couriers
  • Order and deliver drinks and lunches in accordance with pre booked requirements.
  • Manage meeting room schedule.
  • Timely preparation of meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy and set up ready for meetings.
  • Ensure Company and legislative health and hygiene standards and requirements are complied with at all times in providing food and drink
  • Ensure the inspection of office equipment and services is carried out at intervals to accord with legislative/manufacturers recommendations and requirements
