About the Role:

GSL Education are actively seeking a qualified
Graduate Teaching Assistant for immediate placement at Client Primary Schools in
Gateshead. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive learning environment, fostering collaboration between students and faculty, and contributing to the overall success of our educational programs.

Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:

Support teachers in the planning and delivery of dynamic and engaging lessons.
Offer individualized assistance to students, aiding them in understanding complex concepts and achieving academic excellence.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student participation and collaboration.
Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching strategies and resources.
Contribute to the holistic development of students by nurturing their social and emotional wellbeing.
Gain valuable handson experience in a lively educational setting, ideal for those aspiring to become teachers.
Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
Be available for work Monday to Friday.
Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring.
