AV Technical Manager

London /Surrey salary up to £50,000

One of Europe's pre eminent providers of integrated audio visual communication systems they provide solutions to clients which are designed and delivered on schedule and within budget with an uncompromising commitment to excellence in engineering and technicalsupport.

Due to continued support are seeking an AV Technical Manager with in-depth knowledge of AV stems integration BAU support in AV/VC facilities covering clients sites as required


The role:

  • To take Overal responsibility for global tickets and to work in collaboration with helpdesk andonsite resources
  • To ensure that all BAU activities are delivered in line with SLA's
*To communicate woith commercial account directors/managers with respect to all on going activities/service deliverables

*Field service engineering work as required

*Onsite service Engineering covering client sites as required

*BAU support of AV/VC as reqired

*Assisting with BAU in-house installations including handover to client

*Will have a passion for Service Excellence with a wealth of knowledge and experience in all current

Audio Visual Technologies

*Diagnose faults in problem solving and maintain site inventory list-spares

*Provide remote support via telephone as required

*Focusing on customer service and taking ownership for all areas related to this activity
