Providing support to the Commercial Director (Legal Apprenticeships) and Account Development Team


This role is an integral part of the account development team, providing support to the commercial director and the account development Managers and ensuring a smooth recruitment and on-boarding process for all clients and learners.

You will also providea successful client and learner transition to the client relationship management team within the Law School.


You will be deeply embedded within the account development team and form the backbone of the robust sales, recruitment and client on-boarding process, and client transition to the client relationship team in the Law School.


What you'll be doing

  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Salesforce
  • Conducting weekly calls with the account development managers reconciling each opportunity within Salesforce and the status of onboarding
  • Working with the account development managers and onboarding team to provide accurate and updated weekly and month end KPI figures
  • Distributing reports to relevant senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating and monitoring the status of employer contracts/legal and commercial terms management
  • Handling, qualifying & triaging inbound client enquiries
  • Liaising with the bid team, account development managers and internal stakeholders to obtain relevant information as part of the tender process
  • Acting as the liaison between the direct sales team, account development managers, client services, onboarding and operations
  • Researching enquiries and assist internal and external customers
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients offering excellent customer service and issue resolution

  • Excellent customer service provision
  • Experience in coordinating operational processes
  • Managing expectations of key stakeholders
  • Experience of working within a service delivery environment working towards KPI's and SLA's
  • Demonstrable experience of commitment to improving service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Experience of working within the apprenticeship sector

Skills:


  • Excellent communication, both in written and verbal form, to interact with cross functional teams and departments.
  • Must be detailoriented with a proven ability to multitask.
  • Must be a selfstarter, can use initiative and effective time management skills.
  • Demonstrate a passion for customer experience and exceeding expectations.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
