Applications Specialist

Watford

9 months initial contract role

On-Site

You will have the opportunity to support the successful day to day operational running of the studio and providing the best technical support to ensure visitors to the studios have a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

Using our helpdesk system ensure that all service requests are triaged, answered, and resolved in a timely manner to meet our SLA's
Complete regular PCI Audits, being meticulous with details
Work with our vendors to log service tickets and follow up on incidents to ensure we are meeting SLA's for service.
Assist with any data protection reviews or requests to remove data as instructed by our legal teams

Requirements:

Proven experience working in an Application Support role
Experience of working in PCI environment
Strong experience in as many of the following is highly desirable: Ticketing, Websites, eCommerce, Retail POS, Warehousing, CRM and Analytics.
Previous Knowledge and experience of Retail Point of Sale / MS Dynamics POS system
Previous Knowledge and experience of Gateway Ticketing System "Galaxy" Point of Sale system
Some SQL Language/query skills
Experience of maintaining and installing POS hardware
