You will have the opportunity to support the successful day to day operational running of the studio and providing the best technical support to ensure visitors to the studios have a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
- Using our helpdesk system ensure that all service requests are triaged, answered, and resolved in a timely manner to meet our SLA's
- Complete regular PCI Audits, being meticulous with details
- Work with our vendors to log service tickets and follow up on incidents to ensure we are meeting SLA's for service.
- Assist with any data protection reviews or requests to remove data as instructed by our legal teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in an Application Support role
- Experience of working in PCI environment
- Strong experience in as many of the following is highly desirable: Ticketing, Websites, eCommerce, Retail POS, Warehousing, CRM and Analytics.
- Previous Knowledge and experience of Retail Point of Sale / MS Dynamics POS system
- Previous Knowledge and experience of Gateway Ticketing System "Galaxy" Point of Sale system
- Some SQL Language/query skills
- Experience of maintaining and installing POS hardware
