Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner

Salary:
£42,000 - £45,000

Hours:
hours over five days. Hours and working days can be negotiated. Job share considered.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy, dynamic and friendly GP Practice where safe and efficient patient centred care is at the heart of what we do.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing assessment and treatment for patients with mental health needs.

The successful individual with hold an RMN qualification or equivalent.

Post registration experience in different mental health areas (adults/children/elderly) is desirable, along with a basic knowledge and understanding of the services available to patients with mental health needs.

NMC registration with evidence of ongoing CPD.

Spa Medical Centre cares for 13,500 patients from Melksham and the surrounding area. We are an established multidisciplinary team and pride ourselves on providing an excellent standard of care. We have a strong working team philosophy, holding regular educational and non-educational meetings.
