Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)

We are looking for a talented creative copywriter looking to get a start in one of the world's most creative industries: Theme Parks & Experience Design.

Our London studio is home to the Marketing Department and Narrative / Creative Writing team, and the successful applicant will assist with writing responsibilities for each.

We are looking for someone with excellent, proven writing skills who can tailor their copy to the specific requirements of the brief.

These can vary widely, so adaptability is key.

We will need someone capable of short, punchy marketing copy as well as detailed, eloquent (and occasionally technical) creative writing.

Much of the marketing work is broadly similar to other creative industries, but there will be extra emphasis on creative and engaging descriptions.

For the creative team, writing work will involve communicating conceptual ideas to clients in text as well as more narrative and worldbuilding content.

Key Responsibilities
The role will be split between the Marketing and Creative Departments.

Marketing responsibilities:

Assisting with marketing content writing including, but not limited to:
Social media captions
Blog posts
Website content
Press releases

Creative responsibilities:

Assisting the Lead Creative Writer in writing creative content for client packages
Assisting in narrative design and concept ideation
Contributing in creative brainstorms

Key Skills / Experience Required
please provide relevant writing samples / portfolio

Prior experience
1-2 years experience of copywriting in a professional context is expected.

A background in a creative industry also a bonus.

Experience of, or passion for, Theme Park & LBE industry would be a bonus, but not essential. Must be eager to learn though - this is a niche industry with niche requirements

Other skills (preferred):

Bilingual Arabic speakers / writers greatly encouraged to apply
Strong storytelling skills highly valued
Outstanding written English is essential
Outstanding spoken communication skills is important too.
This job requires more than just writing skills we are looking for a creative, outofthebox thinker too

Salary:
£20,178.54-£28,000.00 per year
