Based in absolutely stunning offices in the West End with a roof terrace, amazing panoramic view across London, and a staff breakout floor complete with gym, physio's and treatment rooms A top Global Consultancy are hiring for a Senior Partner's EA to support a small allocation of Senior & Partners (1:2).

With a heavy focus on Scheduling & International Travel management you will be an expert diary manager and have experience managing multiple, global diaries.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive multiple diary management
  • Global travel booking across time zones and all associated logistics and bookings
  • Booking restaurants, venues and spaces for high level breakfasts, lunches and dinners
  • Reconciling and processing expense claims
  • Create and Format documents using MS Office
  • Coordinating conference calls / video conferences with clients and global team members
