German and English Speaking Customer Support

Location:
Poole, Dorset

Salary:
£ 23,973.35 Per Annum + KPI Bonus

Hours:
Monday - Friday, shifts between 8:00am-4:30pm, 1 in 4 weekends worked 9am-5:30pm (Whilst training shifts will be 08:30am to 5:00pm)

Remote working in the UK until August
Are you fluent in German and English both verbally and written?

If so we may have the perfect role for you We are looking for German and English speaking Bilingual customer service advisers to join a Worldwide Technical Support provider based in Bournemouth whom have a fantastic working environment and provide excellentbenefits.

What we need from you:

A background working in Customer Service, be in Retail, Hospitality or a previous Customer Service role
Fluent in the German and English language with excellent written and verbal skills
Exceptional communication and excellent personable skills
Good time management skills and able to multitask
Knowledge of Android OS is desirable
This role is for customer support only, no cold calling and no selling either
