Salary:
£24,496 - £29,439 per annum
We are looking for a People Associate Adviser to join our busy People Directorate, which supports our 40 Academies and the Central Team, to ensure our 16,000+ pupils get the best education.
You'll be a customer focused, confident communicator who enjoys responding to first line queries from employees and managers, with the ability to provide timely, accurate advice and proactive solutions.
Strong administrative skills and accuracy are essential as you'll be involved in processing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and maintaining records on the HRIS.
You'll be an integral part of the wider team, so being a strong team player as well as having the confidence to work independently use your own initiative is essential.
You will be:
- Our first point of contact for our people, with a variety of queries from managers and contacts within our academies and other service teams. Through the use of remote working technology and telephone support to resolve their queries with the support of your colleagues in a timely manner.
- Provide advice and guidance on Trust procedures.
- Maintain and use a HRIS to ensure accurate and efficient administration of employee records.
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of information to meet agreed deadlines.
About you:
- Excellent communication skills and an attention to detail when handling sensitive data.
- Working towards a CiPD qualification, or relevant experience of working within a HR department is essential.
