JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Purpose:
To deliver a high-quality service to prepare and administer curriculum and examination information.
As part of the _information management team_, to contribute to a high-quality support service to the school staff and community.
Reports to:
School Business Manager (via Team Leader)

Key Accountabilities:

A._ _
Curriculum and Examinations_
- By working with the SLT lead, maintain all curriculum and teaching and learning documents as up to date records.
- Maintain and update materials and resources necessary for the smooth running of all internal and external examinations, including secure receipt and management of GCSE examination papers and Certificates.
- Creation of internal and external examination / assessment timetables / calendars in line with the framework laid down by the Director of Data.
- Preparation of seating plans and photocopying of all papers / resources / instructions for internal and external school assessments / examinations.
- Ensure effective management of examinations through deployment of staff, and recruitment, training and deployment of invigilators.

Administration_
To carry out appropriate administrative tasks as directed by the _School Business Manager, _working as a team to ensure IMT fulfils all the work required, including:
- Coordination of parents' evenings
- Maintenance of all SIMs records on staff and students
- Processing of all student reports
- Management of all student records
- Maintenance of all curriculum documents
